A team must carry out market research for a major department store chain. Over a ten day period, they will collect data on customer movement, behavior, and demographics via surveys and tracking technology. Using their notebooks, they define floor plans and other data from the department store on the server. A design studio needs a robust network to manage shared resources, online collaboration, contacts, and of course company jukebox. They also want to present to clients using terminals in their show room and often collaborate with freelance designers.
